TOROING · EXHAUST
Equal-length mid-pipe for a smoother S58 exhaust note
A Toroing equal-length centre pipe developed for the BMW G87 M2's S58 exhaust system. Its matching-path concept balances exhaust-pulse arrival before the rear section for a fuller, more even performance note.

Key features
✓Equal-length routing
Designed to bring the S58's two exhaust routes closer in effective length.
✓Balanced sound character
The layout promotes a more even pulse sequence and a smooth, distinctive exhaust note.
✓Dedicated G87 geometry
The centre pipe is shaped for the BMW M2 exhaust's compact underbody layout.
✓Performance build integration
Connects between the matching S58 front exhaust and rear silencer arrangement.
Design & construction
An equal-length mid-pipe is a sound- and routing-focused upgrade. The matched-path concept contrasts with the Z-pipe's crossover layout and gives G87 owners a separate way to shape the tone while retaining a compatible rear exhaust.
Fitment & installation
Fit to the matching BMW G87 M2 front and rear exhaust connections. Align the pipe hangers, check clearance around the transmission tunnel and verify secure joints before the vehicle returns to use.
