At Racing Lab PTY LTD, we stand behind the quality of our automotive parts. If you need to return an item, please read our comprehensive return policy below to ensure your request meets our strict eligibility criteria.

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

We accept returns under the following strict conditions only:

  • Item Condition: Returned items must show no signs of use, installation, modification, or wear.
  • Packaging: Products must be returned in their original condition, free of damage, scratches, or grease, and with all original outer packaging completely intact.
  • Ineligibility: Any items that have been test-fitted, installed, modified, or have damaged/missing original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee (calculated and deducted from the original product purchase price) applies to all approved returns.
  • This fee covers our warehouse handling, quality inspection, and inventory management costs.

3. Return Window

  • You must initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Any return requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Racing Lab PTY LTD is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

5. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

To ensure a smooth process, please do not send items back without prior authorization:

  1. Contact Support: Email or call our team (0466719666) during business hours with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get RMA Approval: If eligible, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return delivery address.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original outer packaging, ensuring it is well-protected, and clearly write your RMA number on the shipping label.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once received at our Rockdale storefront, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Once approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method.
