1. Dispatch & Order Processing
- In-Stock Items: All orders for items currently in stock will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
- Operating Hours: Our dispatch team operates during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM). Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Regions, Rates & Delivery Times
We ship our premium automotive parts both domestically and to select international destinations. Delivery times depend on your location:

*Note for International Customers: Due to the diverse size, weight, and dimensions of custom automotive components, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific order configuration and shipping destination.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For all international shipments (outside of Australia), the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Racing Lab PTY LTD has no control over these charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent immediately. You can track your shipment via the link provided in the email.
