BMW G8X S58 One-Piece Catless Downpipes – M2/M3/M4

Built for BMW models powered by the S58 twin-turbo engine, the Racing Lab 89 mm Catless Downpipes replace the restrictive factory primary catalytic converters with a freer-flowing exhaust path. The result is sharper turbo response, stronger exhaust character and improved flow potential for tuned and high-boost applications.

Unlike conventional multi-section or pie-cut designs, each main tube is hydroformed as a one-piece section with no segmented weld seams through the primary flow path. This creates a smoother internal surface and more consistent cross-section, helping reduce turbulence while improving strength and durability. The system is manufactured from high-quality 304 stainless steel and retains the required oxygen-sensor ports and integrated flex section for engine movement and thermal expansion.
