Racing Lab 89 mm Catless Downpipes - BMW S58

Designed for BMW vehicles powered by the S58 twin-turbo engine, these 89 mm catless downpipes replace the restrictive factory primary catalytic converters with a direct, high-flow exhaust path for sharper turbo response and a more aggressive exhaust note.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, the hydroformed one-piece main sections create smooth bends while maintaining a more consistent internal diameter. With fewer welded joints, the design helps reduce turbulence and potential leak points while improving strength, heat resistance, and durability. The set retains the required oxygen-sensor ports and uses an integrated flex section to accommodate engine movement and thermal expansion.
