Racing Lab 89 mm Catless Downpipes - BMW S55

Designed for BMW vehicles powered by the S55 twin-turbo engine, these 89 mm catless downpipes replace the restrictive factory primary catalytic converters with a direct, high-flow exhaust path for sharper turbo response and a more aggressive exhaust note.

The one-piece hydroformed main sections create smooth, consistent bends with fewer welded joints. Combined with 304 stainless-steel construction and integrated flex sections, this design offers excellent flow, strength, heat resistance, and long-term durability.
