Description
RACING LAB · AUTOCLAVE DRY CARBON
A pre-preg dry-carbon kidney grille for the BMW G87 M2, designed to follow the factory front-grille outline. Its clear-coated weave adds a refined carbon treatment while retaining a clean, familiar M2 front-end character.
Material & Construction
Pre-impregnated (pre-preg) dry carbon fibre, cured in an autoclave under controlled high temperature and pressure. This manufacturing process controls resin content to deliver a lightweight, high-strength, rigid composite. The material offers heat and corrosion resistance for its intended automotive application. The visible carbon weave is finished as specified for this product.
Product Features
- Original-inspired geometry — Preserves the recognisable G87 kidney-grille silhouette with a carbon-fibre finish.
- Full replacement design — The listed grille is intended as a replacement for the corresponding original front-grille component.
- Defined pre-preg moulding — Pre-preg composite construction gives the grille a crisp frame and refined visible edges.
- Coordinated gloss finish — High-gloss clear coat complements the G87 front lip and intake-area covers.
Fitment & Installation
Designed for the compatible G87 M2 factory front-grille layout. Access the original grille fasteners or clips, position the replacement grille against the factory opening and check the perimeter alignment during fitting. Professional installation is recommended.
