The ManGu Competition Stud Conversion Kit replaces factory wheel bolts with high-strength extended studs, improving safety, durability, and ease of installation for BMW F/G Series and Toyota GR Supra A90 platforms.
Manufactured from SCM440 alloy steel with SU5316 treatment, each stud is forged and heat-treated for maximum strength. With a tensile strength of ≥1500 MPa and yield strength of ≥1350 MPa, the studs are built to handle extreme loads without bending or deformation, ensuring secure and consistent wheel clamping.
A hardened surface (HRC 62–65) enhances wear resistance, while the wide operating temperature range (-50°C to 300°C) ensures reliability in both street and track conditions.
Compared to factory bolts, the stud system allows easier wheel installation, improved alignment, and better compatibility with spacers and aftermarket wheels.
