Description
RACING LAB · AUTOCLAVE DRY CARBON
A moulded pre-preg dry-carbon roof spoiler shaped for the rear roofline of the BMW G42 2 Series Coupé and G87 M2. Its defined upper edge and clear-coated carbon weave add a refined motorsport accent without changing the boot-lid spoiler.
Material & Construction
Pre-impregnated (pre-preg) dry carbon fibre, cured in an autoclave under controlled high temperature and pressure. This manufacturing process controls resin content to deliver a lightweight, high-strength, rigid composite. The material offers heat and corrosion resistance for its intended automotive application. The visible carbon weave is finished as specified for this product.
Product Features
- Upper-roof styling — Adds a precise carbon detail above the rear glass, extending the M Performance-inspired design theme from roof to rear.
- Moulded carbon profile — Pre-preg construction provides a slim, formed contour with a clean, consistent exterior appearance.
- High-gloss finish — The clear-coated woven surface creates a defined contrast against the factory-painted roof and rear glass.
- Coordinated carbon package — Pairs visually with a matching G87 front lip, side skirts and separate boot-lid ducktail spoiler.
Fitment & Installation
Designed for compatible BMW G42 Coupé and G87 M2 rear roofline configurations. Position the spoiler along the original roof/rear-glass edge and fit using the attachment method supplied with the product. A clean bonding surface and accurate alignment are essential to the finished appearance.
