Description
RACING LAB · AUTOCLAVE DRY CARBON
A genuine pre-preg dry-carbon front lip designed to complement the original G80/G81 M3 and G82/G83 M4 front fascia. Its clean lower profile adds an exposed-carbon finish and a purposeful, OEM-inspired front stance.
Material & Construction
Pre-impregnated (pre-preg) dry carbon fibre, cured in an autoclave under controlled high temperature and pressure. This manufacturing process controls resin content to deliver a lightweight, high-strength, rigid composite. The material offers heat and corrosion resistance for its intended automotive application. The visible carbon weave is finished as specified for this product.
Product Features
- Refined lower-bumper shape — A restrained M Performance-inspired profile extends the original front bumper's visual line.
- Vehicle-shaped carbon moulding — The design follows the factory G8X M lower fascia for an integrated appearance.
- Clear-coated woven surface — High-gloss visible carbon pairs with matching grille, canard and intake-area upgrades.
- Lightweight composite — Pre-preg dry-carbon construction gives the lip defined edges without a bulky fibreglass-style overlay.
Fitment & Installation
Fit against the matching original G80/G81 M3 or G82/G83 M4 lower front fascia using the hardware or bonding arrangement specified for the supplied lip. Align the lip evenly, secure the mounting points and check normal road approach clearance after fitting.
