Description
RACING LAB · AUTOCLAVE DRY CARBON
A matching pre-preg dry-carbon kidney-grille insert set featuring a distinctive CS-inspired design for the BMW G87 M2. Its open, motorsport-influenced appearance creates a dramatic focal point at the front of the car.
Material & Construction
Pre-impregnated (pre-preg) dry carbon fibre, cured in an autoclave under controlled high temperature and pressure. This manufacturing process controls resin content to deliver a lightweight, high-strength, rigid composite. The material offers heat and corrosion resistance for its intended automotive application. The visible carbon weave is finished as specified for this product.
Product Features
- Distinctive CS-inspired design — The revised grille pattern gives the G87 front fascia a more motorsport-focused appearance than the standard-profile carbon grille.
- Matching insert set — Left and right front-grille components create a balanced, symmetrical front treatment.
- Moulded pre-preg carbon — Rigid dry-carbon construction creates crisp edges around the grille opening.
- Gloss woven finish — Clear-coated carbon provides a premium finish alongside matching front intake covers and a carbon lip.
Fitment & Installation
Developed for compatible factory G87 M2 front-grille mounting locations. Replace the original inserts using the matching grille clips and installation arrangement; accessing the rear of the grille may require bumper removal. Professional fitting is recommended for clean alignment.
