A CNC-machined billet intake manifold with an enlarged 120 mm, 12-row water-to-air core for supported Gen-2 B58 engines. Its included thermal spacer and top-feed port-injection rail bring charge cooling and auxiliary-fuelling provision together in one Supra-focused assembly.

Design & construction
The 120 mm, 12-row bar-and-plate core offers a substantially enlarged charge-cooling surface compared with the listed six-row factory reference. CNC billet construction and a top-feed PI rail make this a complete foundation for supporting cooling and auxiliary fuelling upgrades.
Fitment & installation
Install on the matching Gen-2 B58 engine with the correct charge-air and coolant connections. Properly bleed the charge-cooler circuit; the included PI rail supports Injector Dynamics ID1050x injectors. Injectors, fuel lines, controller and calibration are selected separately.

Track-testing context
Racing Lab's complete cooling package was tested at Sydney Motorsport Park on a BM3 Stage 2 GR Supra in approximately 28°C ambient. Compared with the factory configuration, package peak IAT was 54.5°C versus 69.0°C and peak oil temperature was 117.0°C versus 126.8°C. These figures reflect the complete tested package, not the manifold alone.
