A 40 mm plate-fin aluminium charge-cooling heat exchanger for supported Mk5 Supra and BMW applications. The bolt-on package uses the original front mounting and coolant connections and includes a protective stone/insect guard for road and circuit use.

Design & construction
The 40 mm plate-fin core is 60% thicker than the approximately 25 mm factory reference and increases cooling-circuit heat-rejection capacity. The bolt-on assembly retains the original installation location without cutting, drilling or fabrication on supported vehicles, keeping the factory front-end layout intact.
Fitment & installation
Mount at the matching original front heat-exchanger position, connect the OEM-style coolant lines and fit the protective mesh. Bleed and pressure-check the complete charge-cooling circuit.

Track-testing context
On a BM3 Stage 2 Supra at Sydney Motorsport Park in approximately 28°C ambient, Racing Lab's complete cooling package recorded 54.5°C peak IAT versus 69.0°C in the factory configuration. The 14.5°C difference is a full-package result, not the isolated effect of this heat exchanger.
