The Racing Lab High-Performance Charge Cooling Intake Manifold is developed for modified B58 engines operating under increased boost and sustained high-load conditions, with a focus on improved thermal stability for performance street and track use.

The 12-row bar-and-plate core doubles the number of water-cooling rows compared with the factory 6-row design, providing increased thermal mass and improved resistance to heat soak during repeated high-load operation.

Tested at Sydney Motorsport Park

Performance validation was carried out on a BM3 Stage 2 Toyota GR Supra A90 at Sydney Motorsport Park in approximately 28°C ambient conditions.

The test vehicle was equipped with the Racing Lab High-Performance Charge Cooling Intake Manifold together with Racing Lab engine-cooling upgrades.

Peak Intake Air Temperature:
Factory configuration: 69.0°C
Racing Lab cooling configuration: 54.5°C
Recorded reduction: 14.5°C

Peak Engine Oil Temperature:
Factory configuration: 126.8°C
Racing Lab cooling configuration: 117.0°C
Recorded reduction: 9.8°C

These results represent the tested vehicle and complete cooling configuration. Individual results will vary depending on ambient temperature, vehicle setup, boost level, fuel, tuning and supporting cooling modifications.
